Thaipusam in Penang

I just found two interesting articels on "Spiegel Online". One is about the relation between the Islam and the western culture and the other one about Thaipusam in Penang. Anybody interested has to find the first one by itself on spiegel.de but for the other on check here:

I will attend this holiday around February 23rd since it is supposed to be one of the most interesting one. Four days in a row the streets will be filled with people and there are celebrations everywhere. The biggest celebration is probably in KL where around 1 million people gather at the Batu Caves which I have already visited.

Well thats it for some cultural information. Tomorrow will be my last day at work in 2007 and then at night we will be off to KL and for vacation.
