Lately...

Only some more minutes and another week passed by. I didn’t post anything about last weekend because it really isn’t worth talking about. It was just plain boring. The fun park was no fun and not comparable to anything in Europe and the Casino was filled with rich Chinese playing some Asian games we didn’t understand. The only thing left to play was Roulette which I think is pretty boring. Well at least I won the money for the trip back and so it was ok. Oh yeah and by the way a can of beer cost 12 RM. The normal price is something around 5RM which is already expensive. But well you can’t always have the weekend of your life.
This week was the first one were I was more or less “on my own” in B. Braun. Pam had her last day on Friday. Therefore I had to go to work with my motorbike every day and I couldn’t waste my precious time going for breakfast or some coffee anymore. Now I actually go for lunch and dinner with my colleagues which is also nice but different.
So starting tomorrow I will also live in a Master Bed Room again because the girls are leaving in the morning to stay in Bali for some weeks where they will sure have a great time! It will be kind of weird to once they are gone for sure because they were the first people I met here and introduced me to a lot of things and showed me around during the first time. THX!!! But know that I am “grown up” and they told me everything they know (Just like in the Kung Fu movies: “I cannot teach you anything anymore my little Kung Fu student, now you can fight the big, mean guy!”) and I am familiar with the place, I think I am able to survive on my own.
On Thursday the HOD of QM had his last day at B. Braun and we were once more invited to a Farewell party during lunch time. He is leaving the company after 22 years, working in Penang for around 10. He started working for them when I was born… funny!
This weekend I might finally end up going to Cameron highlands to see some tea growing but it will be a last minute decision because I will only find out tonight.
I wish you a great weekend und den Jungs von der 1. und 2. Mannschaft alles gute für die Spiele am Sonntag und das eine gute Leistung gezeigt wird. Wenn man spielen kann, hab gehört bei euch soll es so was wie Schnee geben.

Unfortunately I am not able to tell who it was and I can’t reward anyone. There was a flight to Penang to win for the fastest one… but I just don’t know who it was! Sorry!
